You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centered and compassionate nursing care according to patient's needs and condition, doctor's orders, nursing / hospital standards and policies.
- Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies.Ensure adherence to hospital and nursing standards, policies, and best practices.
- Maintain a conducive and safe patient care environment.
- Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, infection control, and professional conduct.
- Supervise and mentor new and junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive and effective nursing team.
How to Succeed
- Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
- Previous experience in acute care hospital is an added advantage.
- Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
- Comfortable with performing 3-rotating shift.
