Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at our Thomson Road clinic. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who ensures our clinical operations run smoothly while providing a comfortable and professional experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assistance: Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and handed over efficiently.

• Clinical Prep: Set up and break down surgery rooms, maintaining strict infection control and sterilization protocols (autoclaving, disinfecting equipment).

• Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel at ease throughout their visit.

• Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies and assist in ordering stock to ensure the clinic is always fully equipped.

• Administrative Support: Assist with patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate digital dental records when required.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Dental Assistant is required.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both the clinical team and patients.

• Attributes: High level of cleanliness, attention to detail, and a reliable, punctual work ethic.

• Language: Proficiency in English ability to speak a second language is a plus to assist our diverse patient base.
