We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources team in Singapore. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, comfortable with administrative and data entry work, and keen to gain hands-on exposure to HR operations. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks, contributing to a smooth and well-organized workplace.
Roles and responsibilities
- Perform HR data entry and updates in HR systems
- Update employee headcount, MOM OED and other basic HR reports
- Maintain data accuracy on HRMS
- Scan, sort, and file employee documents
- Maintain proper filing and naming structure for personnel files
- Assist in preparing standard HR letters
- Support onboarding documentation for new hires
- Respond to simple HR administrative enquiries and redirect when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned
Desirable Attributes & Competencies
- GCE A Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior HR experience are welcome to apply

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Organized, responsible and willing to learn
