Job Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, competent, and patient-centred nursing care based on patients needs and conditions
- Monitor and assess patients conditions, and implement appropriate care plans
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out nursing procedures as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment, and progress
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide support and guidance
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of medications and medical supplies
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe care environment
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and professional guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- Relevant experience in hospital or inpatient setting preferred
- Good clinical and patient care skills
