Senior Staff Nurse (O&G)

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and taking nursing history. Provide assistance during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures. Deliver pre- and post-procedure nursing care while ensuring patient safety and monitoring for adverse reactions. Educate patients on various health matters, including treatment plans, medications, and recovery guidance. Facilitate financial counselling regarding treatment packages, fees, and insurance claims. Coordinate patient appointments, diagnostic investigations, and specialist referrals while ensuring timely follow-ups. Support daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling and inventory management. Mentor junior nursing staff and clinic assistants, contributing to their training and development.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse with a valid practising licence issued by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Certified in phlebotomy and specimen collection. Prior relevant experience is preferred.
