The Opportunity

We are looking for Senior / Staff Nurse (Medicine Clinic) to join us to provide high quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Provide safe and competent care to the patients who are with medical conditions.
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like administer medication, blood taking and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Collaborates with the physicians and other allied health professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in government hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience in providing comprehensive health education to patients with diabetes.
• Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver patient care in line with established protocols.
• Proactive attitude, strong team spirit, and professional maturity.
