Senior Staff Nurse (Jurong)

Responsibilities and Duties
-Perform biometric measurements for clients
-Conduct screening procedures, including:
-ECG
-Ultrasounds
-Tonometry
-Stress treadmill tests
Perform clinical procedures, including:
. Lead and oversee daily nursing operations within the health screening clinic.
. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and manage client care independently in a screening setting.
. Supervise, guide, and support Staff Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and clinic assistants during screening activities.
. Perform and oversee health screening procedures, including biometric measurements, ECG, ultrasound, tonometry, stress treadmill tests, IV cannulation, phlebotomy, vaccinations, and wound care.
. Review screening results, identify abnormal findings, and escalate appropriately to clinic doctors.
. Provide client counselling and education before and after screening procedures, on-site or via phone, as required.
. Coordinate and arrange post-screening reviews and follow-up appointments with clinic doctors.
. Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, infection control, and clinic screening protocols.
. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information.
. Support training, supervision, and competency assessment of nursing staff in screening procedures.
. Assist in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and process optimisation within the screening clinic.
. Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by clinic management.
