Who We Need

You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the Day Surgery Operating Theatre.

Your key responsibilities are:

Assist surgeon(s) during operative procedures (Eyes). Ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
Carries out Scrub nurse responsibilities in accordance with procedure(s).
Coordinate with other units, escort and orientates patients to ensure a safe and seamless patient transport and transfer.
Post-operative recovery Care.
Participate in the review nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned by the management.

How to Succeed

Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
Able to commit to 5 days work week and work on-call/ standby duties.
Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
Candidate must have relevant experiences in Operating Theatre (Either Major OT or Eye Cases).
