Responsibilities

• Assess patients needs upon admission and monitor them daily throughout their stay. Plan and implement tailored care based on assessed needs. Evaluate and track patients progress according to established care plans. Document care provided and monitor outcomes accurately. Administer treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless patient care. Participate actively in physicians rounds and assist in procedures. Educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention, and rehabilitation. Maintain a clean and safe working environment while ensuring the proper use of equipment and supplies. Supervise and guide new/junior staff and nursing students during their postings. Take on the role of Staff Nurse in-charge as required. Engage in ongoing clinical and service quality activities, including research studies.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing from a recognized training institution approved by the Singapore Nursing Board. Relevant experience in nursing is preferred.
