Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care by preparing patients and assisting the dermatologist during procedures to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Educate patients on treatment plans, financial counselling, post-procedure care and skin health
- Coordinate daily clinic operations by managing patient flow and scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency and service quality
- Process insurance claims accurately and timely
- Perform administrative tasks including documentation and inventory management to maintain smooth clinic operations and compliance with standards
