Job Description

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to patients individual needs, medical orders and established care standards.

  • Ensure the delivery of nursing care is aligned with hospital policies, professional nursing standards, clinical guidelines and best practices.

  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean and supportive patient care environment.

  • Monitor compliance with nursing standards relating to clinical documentation, patient treatment, infection prevention and control, and professional conduct.

  • Provide supervision, coaching and mentorship to new and junior nursing staff to support competency development and effective team performance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality, safety and effectiveness of nursing care.

  • Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
