As a highly skilled and experienced professional, a Senior Staff Industrial Engineer plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and productivity of an organization's operations. This role is responsible for analyzing and improving the production process, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for participating in FAT and interface testing to ensure implemented solution meets regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Identify opportunities for automation optimization and efficiency improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation capabilities, efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to enhance decision making and execution capabilities of the robots, thus optimizing the overall intelligence of the system
- Monitor and optimize navigation of autonomous robots and path algorithms to achieve maximum efficiency
- Team up with multidisciplinary teams to drive automation projects completion to meet strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Min. Bachelor's/ Master Degree in Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
- Min. 5 years of relevant manufacturing / production / industrial experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Strong grasp of Python, Perl, C++, HTML, Linux, SQL and Tableau skills preferred
- Good knowledge in factory automation and Industry 4.0 requirements will have an added advantage
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and project management experience
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills with desire to initiate improvements
- Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or possesses experience in applying DMAIC principles will have distinct advantage
