Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities:
This is a R&D position within a dynamic and innovative technology development team, focusing on developing novel, low-noise, high-speed camera for next generations of wafer inspection and metrology equipment. As a member of the cutting-edge R&D team, the ideal candidate will develop the FPGA solution for N+1/N+2 camera and image data path technology.
Define requirements and develop camera and network projects from concept to pre-production.
Develop complex, high-speed, state-of-the-art FPGA-based designs. Responsibilities include design, verification, simulations, synthesis, place and route, and timing closure.
Bring-up and debug FPGA, PCB, and camera systems.
Write technical documentation for internal release.
Collaborate with team members to solve complex camera and networking challenges.
Requirements:
Proficient with System Verilog and Vivado for design, build, and verification. UVM a plus.
Experience with designs using SerDes for high-speed communication.
Previous experience with imaging camera and networking systems desirable.
Experience with image processing implementations in hardware.
Hands-on experience with lab bring-up and camera test setups.
Experience with embedded software and Linux a plus.
Experience with machine learning implementations in hardware a plus.
Team player with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
