Develop and support a globally distributed software landscape for the production and service of high-tech instruments.
Collaborate with production and service managers to analyze problems and find advanced software solutions.
Work in a Scrum team to develop solutions using C#, .NET (core), Windows and Linux.
Provide 2nd level support and organize independent testing sessions on site.
Ensure the monitoring and operation of the running system in cooperation with the IT department.
Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over five years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developing and maintaining complex software systems.
Demonstrating strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework, with hands-on experience in object-oriented software design, automated testing, deployment, and tools like GitHub and Artifactory.
Knowledge of network technologies such as firewalls and DMZ is an added advantage.
Knowledge of image processing is an added advantage.
Enthusiastic about automation and cutting-edge industrial technologies, including Smart Factory and IoT, with a proactive approach to driving innovation and operational efficiency.
Values open communication across disciplines and teams, is fluent in English for effective collaboration with European colleagues, and brings experience working with culturally diverse teams outside of Asia.
