Senior SRE Engineer

Job Requirement:

• Strong development experience in Unix/Linux environments
• Proficiency in Python development and automation is a plus.
• Experience in object-based automation/RPA solutions / Selenium / playwright
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding and monitoring tools, including Power Automate,ELK and OAPM
• Proven Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new automation technologies and operational requirements

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Automation & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and service performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong software development skills in Unix/Linux and Python, experience with object-based automation (RPA), dashboarding and monitoring tools such as ELK and OAPM, and a passion for continuous improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Unix/Linux technologies.
• Build and enhance object-based automation workflows leveraging RPA platforms and frameworks.
• Develop reusable automation components to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Design application monitoring and infrastructure performance using observability platforms.
• Create and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and visualizations using ELK, OAPM, and related tools.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to automate operational tasks and improve service delivery.
• Document automation solutions, operational procedures, and technical designs.
