We are partnering with a leading digital asset firm that is expanding its spot trading franchise. As part of this growth, they are hiring Spot Traders across multiple seniority levels, from strong individual contributors to senior traders with leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute and market-make in crypto spot markets, managing risk from client and proprietary flows
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of spot trading infrastructure, including pricing, execution, and workflow tools
- Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and execution quality to optimize performance
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across trading, risk, and technology
- (For senior candidates) mentor junior traders and help shape the growth of the spot desk
Requirements
- Experience trading spot markets (crypto, FX, or equities), either as an execution trader or market maker
- Strong understanding of market microstructure, liquidity, and risk management
- Exposure to trading platforms, execution tools, or algorithmic workflows is a strong plus
- Background from a bank, hedge fund, prop trading firm, market maker, exchange, or digital asset firm
- Senior candidates may have prior experience leading initiatives, projects, or small teams
