Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and execution of events and campaigns from development of concepts to management of timelines, co-ordinating logistics through event set up and execution
- Manage communication and liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Advertising, Communications and Brands) for up-to-date marketing material, collaterals for job advertisements and hiring campaigns
- Develop marketing materials and design publicity plans to promote event through various channels
- Source and manage vendor relationships, secure venues
- Prepare budget forecast, manage event spendings and follow through invoicing and payments
- Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting to analyse events performance and effectiveness
- Maintain and update event calendars, keeping all stakeholders informed of event details
- Perform any other duties as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Degree in Business / Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management)/ Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning, project management, marketing or branding
- Experience in managing large scale events would be advantageous
Other Prerequisites
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives at a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, motivated, proactive and with proven track record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
