The successful incumbent will support organization-wide Talent Acquisition strategies, programs, and initiatives for our Corporate Headquarters in Singapore. This role partners closely with business leaders to understand key business drivers and manpower plans, translating them into effective sourcing and hiring strategies to meet both immediate and long-term talent needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to source talent locally and regionally.
- Develop clear job descriptions and effective job advertisements.
- Optimise recruitment channels and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide recruitment insights, market intelligence, and hiring trend analysis.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including screening, interviews, offers, and salary negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and track recruitment metrics.
- Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to attract and hire talent to meet both immediate and long-term business needs.
- Experience recruiting for Engineering and Technical roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at multiple levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, and recruitment reporting; proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
