Job Description

TheEU & APAC Consumer Platform teamat Delivery Hero consists of smart and driven people from all around the world who work closely together with our entities worldwide to provide an amazing experience to our customers. The Product Support team within Product Operations is currently supporting the local business teams on the consumer platform for brands like foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti in 17 markets in the EU and APAC regions with questions or requests about our consumer product solutions providing essential technical support and ensuring the timely resolution of product issues.

What's on the menu:

  • Drivingthe execution of product launch strategies, including tracking deliverables and managing risks.
  • Coordinatingfeature translations with the Content Localization team and managingnecessary test environments and configurations.
  • Supporting the triage and resolution of bugs impacting ongoing roll-outs.
  • Managingstakeholder communications, meetings, and roll-out tracking.
  • Conducting feature walkthroughs and creatingbusiness-facing product documentation.
  • Collaboratingwith the Pandora Deployments (PRDT) team on go-to-market alignment and UAT for local markets.

What you need to be successful

What you can bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies, or a related field.
  • Around 4 years or more of experience in product rollouts, project management, product operations, or a related area.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and relevant rollout tools.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Localization, and Product teams.
  • Ability to query databases or analyse user data using SQL or other to monitor rollout success.
  • Understanding how APIs work to assist with integrations and troubleshooting.
