Job Description

The successful incumbent will play a key role in driving organizational-wide HR programs and initiatives of our corporate headquarters.

Overview

As a Senior Specialist, Human Resources, the role partners closely with business leaders to deliver endtoend HR support while managing recruitment for assigned functions. It is critical to ensure workforce needs are met, employee relations are effectively managed, and HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to plan and meet manpower requirements aligned with business strategy.
  • Provide HR advisory on recruitment, employee sourcing, placement, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment, including job scoping, sourcing, interviews, offers, and salary negotiations.
  • Support core people process such as performance management, development, and career planning.
  • Analyse attrition and exit data; recommend targeted retention and workforce interventions.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and local employment legislation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and full compliance with local regulations, SOX controls, and enterprise governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with hands-on recruitment exposure.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee relations and compensation & benefits.
  • Sound knowledge of local labour legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
