Maintain good relationships with financial institutions to support business operations, including account openings, maintenance and closures, credit facilities renewal, loan covenant compliance and fulfilment of KYC requirements.
Serve as the key liaison with banks on treasury operational matters, handling account administration, transaction inquiries, and day-to-day banking support.
Monitor bank balances and liquidity positions of the responsible group companies to ensure sufficient funding for operational needs and effective cash management.
Execute payments accurately and in a timely manner to meet operational and financial obligations, ensuring full compliance with internal approval controls and company policies.
Prepare and review cash flow projections of the responsible group companies for monthly cash flow reporting and annual budgeting process.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Accounting and Legal and external financial institutions to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit requests.
Any other assignments from Treasury Manager and Group Treasurer.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience at a responsible level in financial, banking or related fields.
Good understanding of financial and accounting analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field a Master's degree is considered a plus.
Hands-on experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Proficiency in English (Chinese is considered a plus) and Microsoft Office.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
