Senior Specialist, Compensation and Benefits

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a respected organisation in the advanced manufacturing sector to appoint a Senior Specialist, Compensation and Benefits. Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping competitive total rewards practices that support the attraction, retention, and engagement of talent across the business.

You will manage all compensation and benefits activities, ensuring that programmes remain competitive and aligned with organisational needs. You will conduct the review of salary structures, conduct market benchmarking, and manage the annual salary review and bonus cycles. Alongside this, you will manage job evaluations and provide insights that help shape pay decisions and maintain internal equity. You will also oversee the administration of employee benefits, manage renewals, monitor utilisation trends, and recommend enhancements that strengthen employee engagement. You will support compensation and benefits projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

The successful candidate will require a Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with relevant experience in compensation and benefits. Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with HRIS platforms are essential. Ability to thrive in a datadriven environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and handling highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information is required.
