Job Description:
This contract role is focused on supporting the Private Banking Operations team in Singapore during a critical migration period. The primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely client data maintenance, including updating records, verifying information, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Key duties include:
- Client Data Management: Maintain, update, and validate client information to support smooth migration activities.
- Document Handling: Organize, file, and scan client-related documents to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
- Operational Support: Assist with routine administrative tasks to ensure business continuity during the transition.
- Controlled Environment: Perform all activities in line with internal policies and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a structured environment, supporting the
team's Business-As-Usual (BAU) functions while focusing on migration-related data and documentation tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates. Prior exposure to banking operations, data management, or administrative support will be considered a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in handling client data, filing, and scanning tasks.
- Mindset & Attitude: Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and motivation to learn. Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
- Independence & Initiative: Self-motivated, able to learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
