Circle is looking for a detail-oriented, systems-minded professional to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on driving Salesforce process adoption across Business teams, owning QA/UAT testing for operational enhancements and system changes, optimizing the Salesforce user experience across all roles and levels, and owning data hygiene. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, is comfortable working cross-functionally, and enjoys creating structure and consistency in a fast-moving environment.
Own the operational integrity of GTM workflows within Salesforce and connected tools.
Develop and maintain key adoption metrics and dashboards that track process adoption, compliance, and effectiveness..
Partner with end users and Operations team to optimize workflows that drive and increase adoption.
Serve as the voice of operation discipline, proactively identifying adoption risks, friction points, and training needs.
Own and enforce data governance standards across Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete records.
Create and manage recurring data quality dashboards and hygiene reports.
Partner with the Salesforce team to implement validation rules, required fields, and automation that enforce data integrity.
Manage large-scale data updates or corrections using tools like DemandTools.
Partner with Salesforce Admins, data and analytics team, and Program Managers to ensure data accuracy for forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
Manage test execution, document results, and ensure all issues are resolved prior to release.
Maintain version-controlled records of UAT test scripts, results, and approvals.
Serve as the final gatekeeper of system quality, ensuring stable, high-confidence releases.
Operate as the central authority for Salesforce data and process quality across cross functional teams.
Support change management by owning the documentation piece related to data hygiene, adoption, and the maintenance of change history.
Influence operational decisions by providing structured insights on adoption, compliance, and data health.
7+ years of experience in Salesforce operations, data management, or business systems support.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management tools (DemandTools, DupeBlocker, etc.).
Familiarity with change management and UAT/QA testing processes.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to document, communicate, and train users on operational processes.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting adoption and performance metrics.
Collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
