Job Description
- Coordinate packaging artwork updates, revisions and implementation activities for pharmaceutical products across Asia
- Manage artwork projects from planning through execution and market implementation
- Partner with regulatory, quality, supply chain, manufacturing and commercial stakeholders to deliver artwork changes on time
- Review artwork content and packaging components to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and enhance artwork governance processes, documentation and operating procedures
- Support performance reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives within the artwork management framework
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Packaging Technology, Regulatory Affairs or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience within pharmaceutical artwork management, packaging operations, regulatory operations or related functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end artwork or packaging change projects.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical packaging, labelling and change control processes.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across regional or global environments.
- Strong project management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a quality and compliance-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of artwork management systems and workflow tools would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyse issues, identify risks and implement practical solutions.
