Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), Salesforce AI tools, along with proven domain knowledge in Healthcare and Financial Services. The role involves solution design, architecture, and hands-on implementation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as PDPA, HIPAA, and financial data standards.

  • Bachelor's/Master's in IT with minimum 10 years experience.
  • 7 years in Salesforce, including 5 years consulting/client-facing.
  • Strong domain expertise in healthcare and/or financial services (EMR/EHR, insurance, banking, compliance).
  • Hands-on with Marketing Cloud (journeys, automation, AMPscript) and Data Cloud/CDP (ingestion, segmentation, activation).
  • Experience with Salesforce AI tools (Einstein, generative AI, personalization).
  • Knowledge of Healthcloud ,Sales Cloud and Service Cloud integrations.
  • Technical skills in API integration, ETL, data modeling, SQL, data migration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure all data transfers and system integrations comply with security, compliance, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Design solutions in alignment with customer-specific data protection policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA, HIPAA, GDPR).

Must Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Healthcloud ,Data Cloud, AI).
  • Multi-cloud architecture and AI/GenAI expertise.
  • Familiarity with healthcare/finance systems and compliance audits.
  • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD and Salesforce release management.
  • Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HealthCLoud ,Data Cloud (CDP), and AI tools (Einstein, GenAI).
  • Strong healthcare and financial services domain knowledge with compliance expertise (PDPA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Skilled in API integrations, ETL, data modeling, SQL, and data migration.
  • Proven ability to design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Clouds).
  • Experienced in leading projects and managing stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator who translates technical concepts for business users.
  • Analytical problem-solver with attention to data privacy and compliance.
  • Adaptable to evolving requirements and ambiguous scopes.
  • Mentors junior team members and drives client-focused delivery.
