As a Partner Solution Engineer (PSE) at monday.com, you will be the technical heartbeat of our ecosystem across Asia. You won't just be building solutions; you will be orchestrating success by empowering our strategic partners to deliver world-class Work OS implementations.
Based in our Singapore hub, you will act as a bridge between technical possibility and business reality. You'll collaborate closely with the APJ Go-To-Market (GTM) team to ensure our partners are equipped to solve complex workflows, integrate seamlessly with existing stacks, and drive digital transformation for their clients.
About The Role
Partner Enablement & Technical Strategy
- Empower the Ecosystem: Act as a technical consultant for our Tier-1 partners, teaching them how to architect high-impact solutions on the monday.com platform.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with GTM and Business Development teams to define technical roadmaps that address specific regional challenges across all sectors.
- Solution Architecture: Guide partners in designing scalable, secure, and sophisticated workflows that leverage the full power of our low-code/no-code environment and API capabilities.
Innovation & Client Engagement
- The Art of the Possible: Lead high-level technical discussions and visioning sessions with senior stakeholders to translate business pain points into actionable technical outcomes.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Leadership: Support partners in developing hero demonstrations and PoCs that showcase the ROI of monday.com.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the voice of the region, sharing feedback from the Asian market with our global Product and Engineering teams to influence the future of the Work OS.
Problem Solving & Best Practices
- Technical Mentorship: Troubleshoot complex integration or architectural hurdles alongside partner teams, ensuring a best-in-class deployment experience.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create and contribute to a library of regional best practices, documentation, and technical assets that help our community grow.
Requirements
Who You Are
The Experience
- Strategic Technical Background: You have a deep understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, or technical consulting. We value the impact you've made more than a specific number of years on a resume, though a senior-level seasoning is typically required for this complexity.
- The Multiplier Effect: You have a background (or a strong interest) in working with Channel Partners, Resellers, or Systems Integrators. You enjoy seeing others succeed through your guidance.
Technical & Interpersonal Skills
- Integration Mindset: You are comfortable discussing APIs, data management, and cloud ecosystems. Familiarity with low-code platforms or project management tools is a significant advantage.
- Narrative Excellence: You are a storyteller. You can take a complex technical architecture and explain it simply to a CEO, or take a vague business request and turn it into a technical blueprint.
