Job Summary
Our partner, a Global Infocom company who has strategic relationships with leading AI Firms are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture design and delivery for strategic customer programs. You will guide technical teams, drive innovation, lead proof-of-concepts, and support presales to enhance and modernize customer systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of end-to-end solution architectures aligned with industry best practices and customer requirements
- Review and guide architectural and technical decisions by technical leads and development teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms for bespoke and enterprise system development
- Address non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, and maintainability in all designs
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, DevOps, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Develop and maintain architectural artefacts such as high-level design documents, technical roadmaps, and integration blueprints
- Build and promote a shared technical knowledge base to enhance reusability and consistency across solutions
- Identify system enhancements and innovation opportunities within customer environments and present recommendations
- Lead and deliver proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new solutions or technical approaches
- Support presales and business development by contributing to proposals, solution designs, client presentations, and identifying technical opportunities aligned to customer needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years software development experience including at least 3 years in solution or software architecture roles
- Proven experience designing and delivering architectures for bespoke systems and cloud-native applications
- In-depth knowledge of architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application lifecycle management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in presales or customer-facing roles supporting business development
