Job Title: Senior Solution Consultant (Enterprise & Public Sector)

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, articulate, and results-driven Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our success you will be the linchpin that drives presales activities, ensures a smooth transition to delivery, and maintains continuity and alignment across our teams, partners, and clients throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders. If you are a proactive leader with deep enterprise architecture expertise and a passion for solving complex business challenges through AI-enabled and cloud-based solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advisory & Sales Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end solution consulting for strategic opportunities, from initial presales and deal shaping through to delivery execution, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives.

  • Partner with client C-suite and senior leadership to understand their business challenges and translate them into compelling technical solutions that drive measurable value.

  • Lead the end-to-end presales lifecycle, including managing RFP/tender bid projects, designing high-impact demos, scoping solutions, and positioning our offerings effectively in competitive scenarios to win strategic enterprise deals.

2. Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable, future-proof solutions across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, IBM).

  • Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure technical feasibility, alignment with best practices, and successful transition from sales to delivery.

  • Ensure all proposed architectures align with the complex processes and governance requirements of large corporate and public sector clients (including Singapore government agencies).

3. Client Success & Value Realization

  • Act as the primary trusted advisor for key clients post-sale, ensuring successful adoption, driving innovation, and securing long-term value realization of their strategic initiatives.

  • Lead value discovery sessions to identify client pain points and articulate a clear roadmap for transformation, quantifying business outcomes through AI-enabled strategies.

4. Commercial Growth & Team Leadership

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to the expansion of key accounts by shaping transformational roadmaps.

  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance consulting culture that prioritizes excellence, collaboration, and client success.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and articulate scalable enterprise solutions.

  • Client Advisory & Business Acumen: Proven track record of leading value discovery sessions and translating high-level client pain points into quantifiable business outcomes. Experience working with large multinational corporations and Singapore government agencies is highly desirable.

  • Presales Excellence: Extensive experience managing the end-to-end presales lifecycle, including responding to RFPs, designing solution demos, and positioning technical solutions in competitive environments to win deals.

  • Commercial & Strategic Mindset: Ability to drive commercial growth by identifying expansion opportunities and shaping long-term, strategic roadmaps for clients.

  • Communication & Leadership: Articulate, professional, and capable of engaging and influencing senior leadership. Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of high performance.
