Take the lead on a major digital transformation project focused on enhancing cross-border payment capabilities and mobile banking infrastructure.
Direct the end-to-end delivery of testing services for a high-priority digital payments initiative.
Oversee the performance and output of appointed external service providers to ensure alignment with organizational quality standards.
Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders across infrastructure and security to meet project milestones and technical requirements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements to maintain high delivery standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation within the digital domain.
skills and experience required
At least 10 years of experience in test delivery within large-scale, complex environments, specifically in the financial services sector.
Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple external vendors and third-party service providers.
Proficiency in modern delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall.
Technical familiarity with industry-standard testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or mobile automation frameworks.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse, multi-cultural teams.
