Senior Software Tester / QA Engineer

. Test Strategy & Planning

. Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan and Detailed Test Plan

. Define SIT, UAT, Regression, Security and Performance testing strategies.

. Establish test entry and exit criteria.

. Prepare test schedules and testing milestones.

. Estimate testing effort and resource requirements.

. Test Management

. Lead and coordinate the testing team.

. Manage test execution and defect resolution activities.

. Track testing progress against project milestones.

. Maintain quality metrics and reporting dashboards.

. Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.

Requirements:

. Minimum 5-8 years software testing experience.

. Minimum 3 years as Test Lead.

. Experience in government or enterprise system projects.

Preferred

. DSTA, MINDEF, GovTech or public sector projects.

. Agile or Iterative Waterfall environments.

. Large-scale integrated systems.

Education

. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.

. ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification preferred.
