- Optimize cost and revenue for digital businesses by creating smarter infrastructure for commerce.
Core Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement highly scalable, robust backend services
- Contribute to the development of responsive and intuitive UIs
- Drive technical design discussions, including API specifications (e.g., **tRPC, OpenAPI**), and contribute to overall system architecture.
- Ensure data integrity and performance by optimising **PostgreSQL** database queries and data processing pipelines.
- Enhance the reliability and performance of our platform through improved observability, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a product-focused engineering role.
- Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of features in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience in Typescripts, React and JavaScript.
Highly Valued Experience:
* Professional background in the payments industry or broader fintech sector.
* Exposure to integrating or building AI/ML features into production systems.
* Track record of delivering high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.
