Senior Software Engineer - Python, React, Langraph/Langchain <> Visa

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Python to support high-traffic AI and data-intensive applications.
• Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React to provide seamless experiences for our end users.
• Integrate LLM-based workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to automate and enhance core product features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage containerized deployments and orchestration using Kubernetes to ensure high availability and system reliability.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend-heavy capacity.
• Deep proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.
• Demonstrated experience working with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design and maintain distributed systems in a production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java in enterprise-grade microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Angular for legacy or secondary system maintenance.
• Prior experience working within the fintech or payment processing domain.
• Exposure to cloud-native development practices and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
