Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Java / React)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, take ownership of complex technical challenges, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications.
• Analyze business requirements and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high software quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software enhancements.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support DevOps practices and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of modern development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience in C#/.NET, Java, React, or Next.js.
• Full-stack development experience will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting production applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to DevOps and AI-assisted development tools will be advantageous.
