We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain highquality software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems.
What will you do
Technical Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications and systems
- Translate business and technical requirements into welldesigned, maintainable solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and welldocumented code following best practices
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Architecture & Engineering Excellence
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and resilient
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tools, and processes
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies where appropriate
Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and midlevel engineers
- Take ownership of assigned components or services endtoend
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
The ideal candidate should possess
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5-8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
- Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloudbased systems)
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
