Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer (Regulated Web3 Infrastructure), you will work closely with our Development Team to build and maintain our blockchain-based financial platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new features, maintaining core systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimising performance across our stack. You will also collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure our products are intuitive, reliable, and production ready.

You will design, build, and scale production-grade Web3 financial systems for institutional investors, leveraging modern cloud and blockchain infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Backend and Web3 Infrastructure

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, or Go in a microservices architecture

• Integrate with Blockchain ecosystems, including EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) and Solana, interacting directly with smart contracts

• Implement and maintain secure Web3 integrations, including wallet connectivity and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, and SPL tokens)

• Develop and maintain scalable APIs (REST / WebSocket) for high-performance digital asset applications

• Architect and optimise backend systems for reliability, security, and scalability in a regulated fintech environment

Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Work within Linux environments to build and maintain production systems

• Implement infrastructure best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

• Use Git-based version control workflows in collaborative development environments

Frontend and Full-Stack Development

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, or AngularJS

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver secure, performant, and user-friendly Web3 interfaces

Software Engineering Standards

• Participate in Agile / Scrum development methodologies, including sprint planning and code reviews

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern software engineering best practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across distributed systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in blockchain and Full-Stack web development.

• Proven hands-on experience of working with EVM-compatible blockchains and/or Solana, including smart contract integration

• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Go

• Solid understanding of Web3 architecture, wallet integration, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL)

• Experience building applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, or AngularJS

• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Familiarity with Linux environments and Git-based version control systems

• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies

• Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Fintech, Digital Asset exchanges) is highly preferred
