What You'll Do
- Build and maintain backend services including CRUD APIs and core business logic
- Design and develop frontend applications based on UX designs and business requirements
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and shape technical solutions
- Contribute hands-on code and set technical foundations for junior developers
- Coordinate development activities across projects with junior and senior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on long-term maintainability
- Ensure platforms and UI components are scalable, reliable, secure and extensible
What Will Make You Shine
- Proven backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot) and SQL
- Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript or React
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of software design principles, clean code practices and system scalability
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- Exposure to the financial services industry
