JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Build modular, production-ready code deployable across cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and onprem environments.
Re-architect existing systems to convert complex retail and business needs into scalable software components.
Develop AI-driven system components that turn research models into reliable, high-performing solutions.
Improve development workflows, architecture patterns, coding standards, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards for security, performance, and maintainability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Operations Research, or related field.
4+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with experience deploying production systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure-as-code and cloud/onprem deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Strong background in microservices architecture, API/system design, and Python.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest).
Bonus: experience deploying AI models (Airflow, Prefect, Ray), reporting tools (Tableau, Holistics), or supply chain areas like inventory optimization and demand forecasting.
