Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, well-tested features across the full stack, including responsive portal components using Next.js, Redux, and JavaScript, as well as backend services built with Java, Python, or C++
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, development, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to ensure robust technical solutions and intuitive user experiences
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and adhere to secure coding standards
- (Optional) Support system architecture design and integration with government authentication or data exchange platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java, Python, or C++
- Experience building front-end applications using Next.js, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Exposure to real-time systems or IoT environments
