Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Ensure service stability across business lines, collaborating with teams on non-functional aspects.

Analyze data to identify stability risks, detect architectural inefficiencies, and resolve root causes.

Explore and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices in application architecture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 7+ years in development and architecture.

Proficiency in Java, Spring Cloud microservices, and strong fundamentals in Linux, storage, and network I/O.

Experience in high-concurrency distributed systems and Java concurrency libraries.

Strong architectural design skills, capable of building business systems from scratch.

Global collaboration need Mandarin

Preferred:

Expertise in troubleshooting, JVM optimization, and documentation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
