What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize core business system architectures with a focus on high performance, security, and availability.
- Provide practical and scalable technical solutions based on product requirements, taking ownership of core feature development and delivering clean, secure, and reliable code.
- Track industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive continuous technical innovation and system evolution.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java core technologies, with deep knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and hands-on experience with microservice architecture.
- Solid database design and optimization skills; proficient with MySQL and familiar with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, including debugging, troubleshooting, and analyzing production issues at scale.
- Strong communication skills, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
