We are partnered with an established financial services firm to look for a Senior Software Engineer for Backend technologies.
You join as a senior engineer with strong backend depth and full stack awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve backend services using Java and modern frameworks
- Design workflow-driven systems that support complex business processes
- Expose clean, reliable APIs consumed across the organisation
- Support production systems and resolve issues end to end
- Improve delivery through automation, testing, and CI/CD
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in Java and Sprint Boot
- Solid relational database and SQL skills
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Comfortable with Git-based collaboration and code reviews
