Senior Software Engineer (Back-end equipment)

Job Description:

• Design and develop software, hardware, and control systems for high precision machines.

• Conduct system integration testing, hardware qualification, and technical documentation.

• Analyze customer requirements and provide software/hardware solutions and support.

• Manage technical projects to meet quality and timeline targets.

• Evaluate hardware-software integration and overall system performance.

• Prepare SOPs, guidelines, and engineering documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Strong programming and electrical/electronic design experience for die bonding and wire bonding equipment.

• Proficient in Visual C++, Visual C#, and VB.NET.

• Good semiconductor process knowledge.
