Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide junior developers or external teams.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define project scope and ensure technical feasibility.
Contribute to key projects and support overall team growth while promoting best practices like Agile, CI/CD, and TDD.
Continuously improve processes and provide solutions that enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in software engineering, preferably in FinTech, financial services, or banking.
Expertise in Java, relational databases, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services or similar cloud infrastructure.
