Senior Software Engineer

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in software development, systems analysis, or financial technology systems.

Experience working with core banking, wealth management, or financial services platforms (e.g. Avaloq or equivalent systems).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into system and application designs.

Experience producing functional and technical documentation, including specifications and workflows.

Knowledge of financial products, trading, middle-office or back-office systems is advantageous.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to financial systems.

Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
