Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications and full-stack web solutions that deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance user experiences.
Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver business-critical applications.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, authentication services, databases, and cloud-based solutions across mobile and web platforms.
Ensure application reliability, security, performance, and scalability through best practices in software engineering, testing, and deployment.
Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and release management.
Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical design decisions, and promote software development best practices.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and systems to meet evolving business requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and operational procedures.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

Experience with React, Next.js, .NET, Java, or equivalent modern development frameworks.
Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building cloud-native or hybrid applications.
Experience mentoring team members and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or DevOps.
Experience in Android application development using technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and modern architectural patterns.
Strong full-stack web development experience using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and integration services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
Understanding of application security, authentication protocols, encryption, and secure coding practices.
Experience implementing testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in collaborative, Agile, or cross-functional development environments.
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and contribute to solution architecture discussions.
