Senior Software Engineer - AI Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/LLM applications and APIs using Python.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI-powered applications and services.
• Build and implement Generative AI, conversational AI, and chatbot solutions using modern LLM technologies.
• Design and develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI solutions.
• Work hands-on with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP to build production-ready AI applications.
• Develop AI agents and integrate MCP servers and agent-based workflows where required.
• Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and cloud services.
• Design effective prompts, agent instructions, workflows, and orchestration patterns for AI applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and response quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI solutions rapidly.
• Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts, project updates, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
