Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of cloud-based business solutions, including Adaptive Pay - HR solutions and Adaptive BizAPP - ERP Solutions, driving innovation and delivering scalable software products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver robust business solutions for cloud-based HR and ERP applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives
- Apply advanced C# programming skills and Object-Oriented Programming principles to build scalable and maintainable software components
- Design and implement Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions, including Microservices and RESTful Web API services, to enhance system modularity and integration
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software and hardware issues to maintain high system reliability and performance
- Design and implement SQL Server databases, including writing Transact SQL (T-SQL), creating views, stored procedures, and using object-relational mapping tools such as Entity Framework to optimize data access
- Develop web applications using Visual Studio .NET 2019, .NET Framework 4.7+, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript UI frameworks (preferably React.js or AngularJS) to deliver responsive user interfaces
- Utilize version control systems such as Git or TFS to manage source code and collaborate effectively within the development team
- Create, modify, and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality and facilitate continuous integration
- Lead project teams by prioritizing work, delegating tasks, fostering collaboration, and communicating effectively to achieve project goals
- Enhance solution capabilities by integrating additional database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB (advantageous)
- Knowledge of AI for development is essential
