We are hiring SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER with below requirements
- Design, develop, and enhance Life Asia core insurance applications using COBOL and Life Asia components.
- Customize policy administration, billing, claims, and underwriting modules based on business needs.
- Analyze functional specifications and convert them into detailed technical designs.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT and production releases.
- Investigate and resolve application defects and production issues promptly.
- Work with onshore and offshore teams to deliver projects within timelines.
- Support system integration with upstream and downstream applications.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in impact analysis for change requests and system enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and good communication skills required.
