- Oversees whole operation team on site by carrying out day to day site activities including supervision of workers and coordinating with clients.
- Monitoring the issuance of AE certifications, PE, COS and other mandatory certifications required by projects sites.
- Prepare Delivery Orders
- Execution of work and reporting of project work progress to Operation Manager.
- Managing work schedule and resolving issues with workers.
- Ensure work is carried out within allocated time schedule while following safety protocols and maintaining quality
- To issue monthly progress claim and to ensure to get certification on time.
- Attend necessary site/internal meetings when required as well as clients feedback or complaints if any.
- Any other Administrative works and ad-hoc duties when required.
